At the exclusive disposal of the Guests, the entire apartment which presents, a double bedroom (bed measures 160 x 190 cm with linen), wardrobe made in a niche in the masonry and chest of drawers; the living room with an extended antique-style wooden table, complete with benches, a sofa bed (French size), a "sideboard", an ancient belief in the Sienese peasant tradition, the Focolare, the center of the house; the kitchen with induction plates, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and oven, plus the accessories; the bathroom with shower (measures 80 x 120 cm) sink, vase and bidet, supplied with toilet paper, shampoo, shower gel and bath linen.

On request, given our attention to children, we can supply you with a bath for the bath, the potty, the bottle warmer, the changing table, the seat for the table, the cot and in the end the stroller, these last two services for a fee of € 20.00 each for the duration of the stay.
Outside, an area equipped with an extendable sunshade, a table and chairs will be available immediately in front of the apartment entrance. Beyond the driveway, a lawned area with adjacent masonry barbecue can be used. Exclusive car parking inside the fenced property of the villa.
Upon request and for a fee, road bikes and / or mountain bikes will be available, to visit the splendid Sienese countryside, the scene of the famous Eroica event, as well as take the oldest road of the ancient West, the Francigena, enjoying endless landscapes and rich in ancient flavors.
